The brief

Bring accommodation marketing, direct bookings and day-to-day guest administration into one coherent website rather than relying on disconnected tools.

What TASII built

TASII built the public website, direct-booking journey, availability and payment logic, administration tools, guest communications, content management and supporting automation.

How it works behind the scenes

Behind the public site, bookings and guest information feed into administration workflows so availability, payments, messages and content can be managed without repeating the same work in multiple places. The system also supports iCal syncing from Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo into the Chandelle Park calendar, helping keep external channel availability aligned with direct bookings.

Wildlife camera video content

The Chandelle Park website includes a wildlife camera section showing real Tasmanian wildlife from the property's paddocks and private bushland. Footage is automatically uploaded, managed through the website admin system, then published as streaming videos with playback and seeking, featuring visitors such as pademelons, wallabies, echidnas, quolls and Tasmanian devils, and more.
