TASII can remain involved after launch or hand the website over for the client to host elsewhere. Ongoing support is optional and is quoted separately from the original build so recurring costs stay visible.

Managed hosting can cover the core hosting environment, SSL, backups, uptime checks and basic security monitoring. Website care can add maintenance, dependency updates, troubleshooting and small technical changes. Business-system support can add monitoring of custom applications, payments, integrations and automated workflows.

The right level depends on how important the website is to day-to-day operations. A simple brochure site does not need the same support arrangement as an ecommerce, booking or customer-portal system.
